Environment and Food Foundation (E2F) has a staff force that is made up of dynamic youths and old hands in the field. Its strength continues to grow both in number and quality daily.


Founder & Executive Director

AYAMBA has dedicated his time, energy and resources to serve the planet earth and humanity. He has dedicated his life work to mitigate environmental issues in Cameroon and beyond. He is a dedicated environmental steward with the passion, enthusiasm and zeal to contribute to make the blue planet earth a better place for every living creature.

AYAMBA studied fisheries and aquatic ecosystems management at the University of Douala Institute of Fisheries and Aquatic Sciences, Cameroon and holds a Master degree in Fisheries and Aquatic Sciences. After his studies in Fisheries and Aquatic Sciences, he started working as a volunteer with various Environmental NGOs such as Meg Wah (My Earth), where he serve as a head of department in the department of Environmental conservation. before founding Environment and Food Foundation (E2F). A passionate and enthusiast early career Ocean conservationist with over 5 years of experience in the conservation of marine and aquatic ecosystems.

His vision is to see a society where all have access to sufficient nutritious affordable food and have the right mindset to live in harmony with our blue planet earth for a sustainable development.


Secretary General

RACHELLE currently works as the Secretary General at the Environment and Food Foundation (E2F). She is very high esteem and love working with communities especially women, children and vulnerable population. She is an engineer in Fisheries and Aquatic Ecosystem Management.

She has mastery in management of Aquatic Ecosystems and management of waste especially plastic waste. She has been working with communities in the fight against plastic waste pollution by collecting, sorting and recycling of plastic bottles into chairs, eco-bins, and other local useful products.

RACHELLE is a holder of a Master's degree in Fisheries and Aquatic Ecosystem Management from the Institute of Fisheries and Aquatic Sciences of The University of Douala, Cameroon.

RACHELLE has more than 5 years of experience in the field of biodiversity conservation. She has worked with various environmental NGOs like Madiba and Nature, after the completion of her studies in Fisheries Sciences, where she did a lot of Environmental sensitization campaigns, constructed eco-boats from plastic waste, manufactured eco-bin from plastic bottles, constructed chairs from plastic bottles.

She brings in skills and expertise in crafts work, construction of products from plastic waste bottles, abandoned nets, protected areas management, ecotourism, waste management and among others.


Forestry and Wildlife conservation officer

FELICIEN is the forestry and wildlife conservation Officer at the Environment and Food Foundation (E2F). He is a Forestry engineer who has been working in the domain of wildlife conservation for over 8 years now.

He studied Agricultural Sciences and Agronomy at the University of Dschang, Cameroon where he obtained a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural sciences and Agronomy with a major in Forestry. He later obtained a master's degree in Wildlife and Fisheries sciences at the University of Dschang, Cameroon with a major in Forestry and Wildlife.

FELICIEN has worked in many international and local Environmental organizations. He worked as a wildlife biologist at World Wildlife Fund (WWF), Cameroon where he worked in THE SENGI TRIDOM PROGRAM as a program officer. He also worked as the coordinator of SUFACHAC PROJECT at Environment and Rural Development Foundation (ERUDEF), Cameroon.

FELICIEN later joined the public service where he is working with THE MINISTRY OF FORESTRY AND WILDLIFE, CAMEROON.

He has skills and expertise in the classification of forest domains as protected areas, he studied animal behaviors and ecology in the South East forests of Cameroon and in fighting against illegal poaching.


Chief Of Operations (COO)

STEPHEN MBI, is the Senior Managing Director of Programs at Environment and Food Foundation (E2F).

He is an engineer in Fisheries and Aquatic Sciences and holds a master's degree in Fisheries and Aquatic Ecosystems Management from the Institute of Fisheries and Aquatic Sciences, of the University of Douala, Cameroon.

He has skills and experiences in fisheries and aquatic ecosystems management, protection and conservation of wetlands, determining and managing eco-touristic zones, studying and determining fish taxonomy.

STEPHEN, has done professional internships in various environmental agencies and government ministries in Cameroon such as: Cameroon Wildlife Conservation Society, Port Authority of Douala Cameroon, Agricultural Research Institute for Development (IRAD-CERECOMA) in Cameroon, where he focused on biodiversity use and management, mangroves forests reforestation activities, developing ecotourism, promoting agroforestry, conservation of threatened species and among other activities. He has over 5 years of experience in the field of biodiversity conservation.
